Paper Flowers

Do It Yourself

This great do it yourself shows you how to make paper flowers for your wedding. You can incorporate paper flowers in many different ways for you reception or ceremony. If you have an outdoor wedding you could hang them from tree to tree. Also keep in mind to color coordinate your flowers with your color theme. To break away from the solid color examples above, try mixing colors or incorporating funky patterns.

Step 1 { Cut the Peddles }

The best way to complete this step to get consistently perfect flowers make sure to make a range of pedals templates.

Step 2 { Glue Everything Together }

The easiest way to complete this step, is by using a glue gun. Glue all of the pedal bases together. The more you cross the base section of the leaf, the more volume your flower will have. Make sure to keep the smaller, center pedals nice and tight to avoid any gaps.

Step 3 { Getting Down to the Base }

In this step you need to plan out the order of the leaves. Make sure the base isn’t too big; otherwise you will see it when your flowers are completed.
