Melissa and Jose held there wedding in Miami. For their honeymoon they decided to take a trip to scenic Maui. To remember their stunning honeymoon they brought along wedding photographer, Kristen Weaver. On their trip they decided to take the road less traveled. This way they could take in the beauty of Maui, from the deep in lao Valley to the beach of washed up driftwood. We love that they traveled all around Maui for this trash the dress shoot.

After traveling through out Maui, couple Melissa and Jose decided to get matching tattoos. To remember their wedding day, they had gorgeous roman numerals of their wedding date tattooed on to their body. This was the perfect way for Melissa and Jose to end their trip in paradise. Congratulations Melissa and Jose! Thank you for sharing your honeymoon with Modern Weddings Hawaii.

Sara and Andre had a gorgeous Maui wedding. During their stay on Maui the couple enjoyed their hotel room over looking the beautiful ocean waters. They even saw humpback whales breaching the water. This is a common site during the month of March.  The couple decided to have a traditional Hawaiian wedding. This included the groom wearing a garland of green maile leaves. Leis are usually present at Hawaii weddings as a symbol of love, respect, and all around aloha. We love that they also incorporated traditional Hawaiian entertainment at their reception. The photo’s that Brian MacStay Photography took are absolutely breath taking.

This cute couple, Taylor and Clayton decided to host their engagement shoot at the Ali’i Kula Lavender Farm. The lavender farm is located on the island of Maui. When you visit the 13.5 acres Ali’i Kula Lavender Farm there are a variety of actives you partake in. You can take one of their walking tours, enjoy a picnic lunch or even a craft class. We think this is the perfect, scenic location for any recently engaged couple. We would like to thank Joanna Tano Photography for sharing this engagement shoot with us.

We love to see the love between this couple captured in these photos! Congratulations Taylor and Clayton on your engagement. We hope you have a wonderful wedding day!

Justin & Elena held their wedding in the town Lahaina. Lahaina is popular tropical getaway location, on the west side of the Hawaiian island Maui.   Their gorgeous wedding was shot by Amelia Soper Photography.

This couple had a perfect destination wedding. They even served the iconic Hawaiian Drink, a Mai Tai. A Mai Tai is a cocktail that mixes rum, lime juice, and Curacao Liqueur. Their color theme, white with hints of yellow, went perfectly with the stunning Maui scenery. We love that Justin and Elena provided their guest with flip flops, so they could enjoy the beach. Congratulations Justin and Elena on your Destination Wedding!

Shannon and Tyler were married on the Hawaiian Island Maui. This island was a second home to Shannon growing up. She always wanted a small destination wedding. Shannon was able to have a her dream Hawaiian wedding. Close family and friends joined Shannon and Tyler to celebrate their nuptials. They held the ceremony at Wailea Golf Course.

Gideon Photography was there to capture the gorgeous wedding. Walking distance away from the golf course was the stunning beach. This is where the couple had most of their photos taken. We love the photo of the couple sitting in a tree (k-i-s-s-i-n-g). If you have not considered having a destination wedding, this couple shows perfect examples of why you should. From the breathtaking location, to intimate affair, this wedding fabulous. Congratulations Shannon and Tyler!
