Waimea Beach – During the summer time the water is mellow and serene in a fabulous blue – I love it when we see sea turtles.

Secret hole-in-the-wall place you love to eat in Hawaii:

Ice Garden located in Aiea – This is basically shave ice with a twist – My favorite menu item is the taro and milk shave ice with mochi balls, caramel custard and Azuki Beans – it’s the perfect combination of sweet and creamy.

Where do you want to travel:

Greece – an exotic place full of scenic locations, history and culture.

Where were you born and raised:

I was born and raised on the island of Oahu in the suburbs.
