There are several things you can provide at your beach wedding ceremony and outdoor reception to keep guests happy in the heat. Paper fans and parasols are great choices, and cucumber mist stations would also be a nice touch. Sunscreen and sunglasses are great if you’re going to have guests outside for a while, and Japanese style, individually wrapped oshibori wet towels could cool guests down and keep them feeling refreshed.
Chilled and bottled lemonade or water is nice to provide and if you’re having drinks in open glasses, cupcake liners will keep the sand (and bugs) out!
